Administration/Relocation (May 2006 ~ August 2007)
- Primary responsibilities were to record and track manufacturing equipment and coordinating with Mexican operations, corporate head office, & Mexico/US border, shipping and retrieval dates.
- Created specialized excel worksheets to account and inform key personnel of equipment movements and
cost associated with transactions; Created specialized database in excel for accounting records.
- Oversaw the dismantling, packaging, and loading by relocation company, Lalonde Machine Movers.
- Cross-departmental role in execution of relocation; worked with variety of departments and individuals
including, Engineering Department, Accounting Department, Customs Department, Maintenance
Department, Quality Assurance Department, Appraisers, Manufacturing Suppliers, the General Manager,
the Forman, & President of Rigid Tools.
